Noor Ul Huda Kids is an educational Islamic learning app designed for children aged 5–15 under parental guidance. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the app.

As a user of Noor Ul Huda Kids, you agree to:

All content in Noor Ul Huda Kids — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, audio, videos, animations, and learning material — is the exclusive property of Noor Ul Huda Kids (HudaLabs) and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from HudaLabs.

Google Sign-In & Sync: The app offers Google Sign-In functionality to securely back up and sync your learning progress across multiple devices.

Local Storage: If you choose to use the app without signing in, your data is saved locally on your device. Please note that uninstalling the app or clearing app data while playing as a guest may result in permanent loss of your progress.

Progress Reports: Users can generate and export their progress reports and certificates directly to their local device storage.

The app provides interactive Home Screen Widgets for quick access to your learning streaks and daily goals. By pinning a widget, you grant the app permission to update and display your current progress data directly on your device's home screen.

The app uses trusted third-party services (such as Firebase, Google Play Services, and Google Authentication) to improve performance, securely manage user accounts, provide analytics, and ensure app stability. These services have their own privacy policies and terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

Noor Ul Huda Kids is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

Your use of the app is at your own risk. In no event shall HudaLabs be liable for any damages whatsoever.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the app after modifications means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated or if we determine that your use of the app is harmful to other users or the integrity of our service. You may also discontinue use of the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
